Spring ahead, fall back. What the fuck ever. Why are we in a digital age but still mired to this completely useless system of fucking up the time twice a year. Twice a year I get subjected to a mini jetlag without the benefit of getting loaded in Vegas. Knock it off!
"But we get an hour more daytime!" No we don't you stupid cow! The sun does not give even a minor shit over how we set our clocks. There is exactly the same amount of daylight per day whether we screw with our timepieces or not.
"But I like the extra hour of sleep." You don't get an extra hour of sleep you moron! If you set your alarm for 8 AM and go to bed at midnight you will get 8 hours of sleep. Even when you wake up and the computer says "Hey, want to change the clock?" that is not adding or subtracting an hour of sleep. You were still in the damned bed for 8 fucking hours!

Before headlights on tractors became popular farmers had this very efficient habit of getting up when the sun rose regardless of what fucking time the clock said!

Actually, Jim, Daylight Savings Time was instituted as a way to save some major money on evergy costs. When the clock sets back an hour, there is more daylight "earlier" in the day and there is no need to turn on lights etc in homes and businesses! Just thought you'd like to know.

Arizona really need to observe DST during the summer between April and October. To assure that they'll have a good taste of having daylight/twilight later in the evening if the government allow to use DST which means still on the MST. However, since Arizona do not observe DST which means they are on California time (PST) will get dark early and California will still have daylight a little while longer. If Arizonas were smart enough, they can tell the local government to move the clock 1 hour foward and still be on MST, not on PST. The Indian Reservation do observe daylight savings is on MST and the rest of the state is on PST. You may want to check on www.sunrisesunset.com and most of USA have daylight after 8pm. Best if the people in the state of Arizona to persuade the government or vote.

at least 95 percent of all business run from 9 to 5 so a time change or open 24/7 daylight savings time, so most businesses have no benefit from it, it is easy to forget,.
